IRS...you can suck it.

Grrrr, it's that time again! While I'm not totally upset because I do believe we gave Uncle Sam a tax free loan this year and will thus be getting a refund I am still appalled that while the hubster and I paid over $4,400 in student loan interest we only get to deduct a whopping $160 of it! Is that not penalizing those Americans who aspire to do well for themselves and work hard to attain their goals or what? Geesh, maybe DH should have never gone to pharmacy school and we could still be rockin' out in that beautiful trailer we lived in while he was finishing his degree (more on that later). Ahhh, the sacrifices we made so that we and our (future) children could someday have a better life than we had growing up.......and this is how our government encourages us?

***On a good note, however, I did get my hair cut and highlighted today and it feels wonderful!
