Pregnancy Brain
I swore I had a dentist appointment this afternoon. I planned my whole day around it. I even double checked the calendar as I was walking out the door. So arrived at the office, signed in, and began reading a magazine in the waiting room. Normally our dentist is always on time, so around 10 after I began wondering what was taking so long. At quarter after the receptionist finally calls me up to the window and explains to me that my appoint isn't until NEXT Monday. Meanwhile all the other patients are staring at me (probably trying to control their laughter). I was so embarrassed. When I got home I checked the calendar again and sure enough my appointment is for Monday the 29th...NOT TODAY!
